A Batch record contains a descriptive
name and an optional schedule of when a particular batch is to execute.
A batch record must contain at least one Job.
The scheduling mechanism supports daily, weekly or monthly schedules with
a frequency of either one-time only or multiple executions at specified
intervals over a given period.
